After 45 years in the foodservice industry, with two thirds of that in board level positions, Steve Loughton started Cupola Consulting with one aim: to help businesses and individuals maximise their potential.
The principle of Cupola Consulting is simple: to offer an honest, clear and bespoke service.
We do that by always starting with a blank canvas, listening to our clients to ensure we understand their position, and then providing a tailored approach to help them achieve their goals.
As well as working with you on a one to one basis, we partner with specialists in a variety of fields to provide end to end solutions in all of our areas of business - but always with a single point of contact.

Over the past 45 years, I've worked across EMEA and North America to help businesses in the foodservice industry enter new markets, consolidate their positions and grow market share.
During that time, I have become highly experienced in operational and supply chain management, strategy, change management and marketing, in addition to many other elements of directing multimillion pound businesses and, accordingly, built a network of global contacts.
I've been able to experience both the positive and negative sides of consultancy offerings, and with that in mind, have created Cupola Consulting on the foundations of honesty and clarity, with your needs and success at the centre of everything we do.
